2025 Bike Ride 24 and 25

Canada Day means a day off. Once the rain finished in the morning, we headed to Parc Jean-Drapeau to see the new garden sculptures (ride 24). After a longer tour than needed around the islands, we found the crowd and the sculptures then had a picnic. Afterward, we took a detour for beers at Messorem.

Later on, despite being a public holiday, Fernanda had soccer. We rode over (ride 25) there into the wind and hoped the whole time that the rain wouldn’t arrive. The rain started a couple blocks before we got home, so we stayed dry. The only issue was that someone took my bike parking spot and I had to park on a lower level of the parking.
