This Harvey's was closed before the demolition of the building to build a giant condo tower at 1 Bloor East. Probably the phones will go too.
The traffic markers are for a sewer and water main replacement project to go along with "upgrades" to Bloor Street by the Bloor-Yorkville BIA.
